Owner Abdul Ahmed, who opened The Viceroy 36 years ago, is passionate about food and proud to offer a unique dining experience with authentic Indian food which blends the perfect mix of ingredients and spices.

The Viceroy’s aromatic curries which tantalise the tongue include signature dishes such as Dixit Duck Surprise and Coconut Chicken Lasan. Their Caribbean fish and lamb shank dishes are also popular tasty alternatives, while they still serve more traditional mainstream curries.

For an Indian restaurant, The Viceroy is also unusual in offering full separate menus for vegan and gluten-free options – to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements.
