I AM writing to you in relation to the possible change of use for the Sidney Walter Centre.
In the last five years, my wife has suffered three different lots of cancer.

As her full-time carer, there are very few occasions in which I can pursue any leisure activities.

For me, the facilities allowing me to play table tennis at the Sidney Walter Centre twice a week are a welcome distraction.

What is striking is the range of age groups who make use of the facilities.

I am therefore, asking that West Sussex County Council be persuaded to abandon plans to change the centre's use.
