HERE we go again.
Why can't the wretched property developers keep their grasping hands off Broadwater?

Yet another family home and garden is under threat, (page 49, Worthing Herald, August 7).

All the same reasons apply for not allowing the development as they
did on the nearby properties.

The road is already congested with parked cars and increased traffic from rat runners avoiding the A27.

Anyway, we do not need any more flats.

So it is out with the pens and paper, folks.

I suggest letters to James Appleton, executive head of planning regeneration and wellbeing, Portland House, Richmond Road, Worthing, BN11 1LF.

Marion & Maurice Upstone
Charmandean Road
Broadwater
