THE parking situation in Worthing is a confusing mess.
Many innocent motorists are being wrongly given tickets.

I successfully challenged my ticket as well.

The council cancelled it after an adjudicator's decision that the signs were not legal, in as much as they were not marked as allowed by the traffic signs regulations and general directions 2002.

The council has known about this decision for some time now, and yet the bays are still marked the same.

I would be interested to know if NCP is still wrongly issuing tickets at these loading bays.
